Jacques Truong has over 30 years of experience in the data services industry. Jacques started their career in 1983 as the Manager of Data Acquisition at Real Estate Data Inc. There, they were responsible for acquiring publicly available real estate data from government offices nationwide. In 1988, they moved on to First American Data Tree, where they became a Manager and focused on developing and managing title-plant data-based products and services. Jacques successfully generated a $10 million annualized revenue stream with a 40%+ profit margin. In 1995, Jacques joined First American CoreLogic as the Director of Product Development. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing profitable products and services in the title information and property data divisions. Jacques achieved a 30%+ margin by launching new services and improving existing ones. In 2000, they transitioned to Senior Director of Data Services, where they focused on data content management and processing rules at CoreLogic. With 20+ years of experience in various facets of operations, Jacques utilized their expertise to provide quality products and services, contributing to the company's success.

Jacques Truong obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biochemistry from McGill University from 1976 to 1980. Jacques then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Concordia University from 1980 to 1982. Prior to that, they completed their Diploma in Health Sciences (DEC) at Champlain College Saint Lawrence between 1974 and 1976.
