Ruthy Katz is an experienced algorithm leader with a strong background in computer vision and robotics. Currently serving as Algorithm Team Leader and Algorithm Developer at Corephotonics Ltd since April 2013, Ruthy previously held the position of Computer Vision Leader at Roboteam from January 2011 to April 2013, where design and implementation of 3D vision algorithms were a key focus. Educationally, Ruthy completed a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Tel Aviv University in 2011, following a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the same institution in 2006. Additionally, experience as a teaching assistant in digital image processing and control systems courses was gained during the MSc program at Tel Aviv University, alongside a project related to jigsaw puzzle solving. Prior experience also includes a role as Metrology Algorithm Engineer at Applied Materials from 2003 to 2007.
