Michael Poesen

Michael Poesen serves as the CFO of CORES Development since November 2016, overseeing project controlling, financial forecasting, relationship management with banks, and statutory obligations across a group of over 20 legal entities. Previously, Michael held various finance-focused roles, including Head of Controlling Two Wheels at Moteo, where significant achievements included improving financial performance and restructuring the organization's legal entity setup. Additional experience includes roles at Alcopa, Agfa Graphics, and Agfa Gevaert Group, contributing to strategic financial improvements, organizational change, and operational audits. Michael holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Management from Antwerp Management School and a CIA certification from the Institute of Internal Auditors.
