Lily Foks

Lily Foks serves as the Partner Alliances Manager at CoreSphere, LLC since March 2021, focusing on building relationships to explore new opportunities in federal, civilian, and commercial markets. As the CEO of Piper Consulting LLC, a certified woman-owned small business, Lily leads a full-service consulting agency that provides technology and creative services. Previously, as a Partner Alliances Manager at CNSI from December 2010 to August 2018, Lily managed a network of over 150 vendors and was responsible for significant revenue generation through strategic partnerships. Additional experience includes roles in business development, event coordination, and project management across various organizations, with expertise in IT, consulting, and nonprofit sectors. Lily holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
