Ezhilarasan Natarajan

Ezhilarasan Natarajan is the Co-Founder & CEO at CoreStack. Ezhilarasan has over 10 years of experience in the IT industry and has held various leadership positions in renowned companies such as Capgemini Group and Mindtree.

Ezhilarasan started their career with Capgemini Group in August 2014 as Vice President and Senior IT Leader. Ezhilarasan was responsible for managing & expanding business growth in the Pacific North West Region for Capgemini Group. Ezhilarasan focused on business transformation through engineering optimization for Hitech, Retail and Healthcare industry leaders of Northwest. Ezhilarasan grew business revenues for the region by 45% in 9 months and won a significant deal of $20M in TCV with PNW’s largest customer of Capgemini group.

In March 2007, Ezhilarasan joined Mindtree as General Manager - Cloud, DevOps & IMS. Ezhilarasan was responsible for driving Cloud Management Services business for the US West Coast, totaling $40M+ in annual revenue. Ezhilarasan evangelized DevOps for Cloud and brought in engineering efficiency across the spectrum. Ezhilarasan spearheaded a team of 500+ while architecting partnership engagements, capturing, delivering, and supporting services. Ezhilarasan enabled 24x7 DevOps model support services for Microsoft Azure World Wide, world's second largest cloud computing platform. Ezhilarasan also set up a large 24x7 Support Operations center in China for Microsoft Azure and Office 365 platforms for the region.

Ezhilarasan has also played a key role in architecting the service execution model for continent specific private hybrid inter cloud service, Optus Yes Cloud platform for Australia, in partnership with Cisco and Optus. Prior to that, they have also built, re-architected and managed large scale SaaS services for Hospitality industry, managing $1.2B worth of annual transactions.

Ezhilarasan Natarajan attended the University of Madras, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.
