Raj Raghavan

Raj is a global HR executive with 30 years of experience leading all aspects of human resources at high-achieving companies. Before coming to CoreStack, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at IndiGo, India’s largest airline by market share. He previously spent seven years at Amazon, where he served as Head of Human Resources in APAC and the Middle East, and as Director and Country HR Leader of India. He also spent 10 years at GE, where he was General Manager of Human Resources for the GE India Technology Centre. Raj holds a master’s degree in personnel management and industrial relations from Madras School of Social Work and is a Global Fellow of Talent Management at The Wharton School.
