Christian Fikus has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Christian'smost recent position is with CORESTATE Capital Group, where they have held various roles since 2018. Christian began as an Executive Director and worked there until March 2021 when they became the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Currently, they hold the position of Head of Corporate Development & Transformation. Prior to CORESTATE Capital Group, Christian worked at BlackRock as a Director from May 2016 to January 2018. Before that, they spent more than a decade at McKinsey & Company, Inc., where they held the position of Associate Principal. In this role, they focused on management and strategy consulting for financial institutions, including strategic reorganization, investment banking unit review, and large-scale transformation and cost reduction programs. Christian also has internship experience at The Boston Consulting Group, EY, and Leopold Kostal GmbH & Co. KG.

Christian Fikus began their education at the Universität Witten/Herdecke in 2000 and completed their degree in Business Studies and Economics in 2005. In 2003, they pursued further studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Finance in 2004. Christian then went on to pursue a Doctorate in Finance at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, which they completed in 2011.
