Jim McCoy, PMP, CSM, has over 20 years of experience in IT management, specializing in application development and project management. Currently serving as Manager of IT Billing & Application Development at Corestream since June 2012, Jim leads multi-disciplinary teams and utilizes both Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies. Prior roles include Manager of Application Project Development at Ceridian and Product Development Manager at PMSI Settlement Solutions, contributing to significant compliance projects and new product designs. Jim's earlier experience includes managerial positions at First Advantage, Mediacentric Group, and Brainbuzz, where project execution and team leadership were key responsibilities. Jim holds an MBA in Finance/Accounting from Rutgers University - Newark and a BA in English from the College of the Holy Cross, along with an A.A.S. in Computer Information Systems from Nashville State Community College.
