Neale began his career with Cigna in their National Accounts division, where he was responsible for managing the Life, Accident, and Disability programs for several large employers. Neale then joined Pacific Resources in 2008, where he acted in a consulting capacity for multiple national employers on their Life, Accident, Disability, Leave Management, and Voluntary Benefit plans. Over the next decade, Neale took on additional responsibilities involving operations and strategy under the title of Vice President. As EVP of Customer Success at Corestream, Neale manages the Implementation, Account Management, and Customer Care areas, where he strives to integrate the workflows of these three departments to ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience.
