Sanz Hardtke

Sanz Hardtke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enrollment, vendor operations, and benefits administration. Currently serving as the Director of Enrollment and Vendor Operations at Corestream since August 2020, Sanz focuses on enhancing user experience and building partnerships with carriers. Previously, Sanz was the Enrollment Manager at Corestream, where engagement with a broad client list was key. Prior experiences include a managerial role in U.S. Benefits at Coca-Cola, where collaboration and efficiency in service delivery were paramount, and a Service Delivery Manager position at Morneau Shepell, emphasizing service excellence and turnaround strategies. Sanz's career began at Micro Design International, providing managerial and sales support. Additionally, Sanz authored "In the Shank of the Night" while establishing the company "Sanz Knows" during a sabbatical in early 2020. Sanz holds a degree from Alverno College (1998-2001).
