Steve Hodownes

Steve Hodownes serves as the Non-Executive Board Chairman at Corestream and Unitek College, alongside being a Board Member for Academic Partnerships and TrueLearn. As CEO of RS Consulting LLC, Steve specializes in consultancy services focused on P&L, turnaround, and exit management for small and mid-sized businesses. Additionally, Steve held the role of Senior Operating Advisor at LLR Partners and The Vistria Group, where the primary focus was on partnering with CEOs to foster organizational growth. Previous experience includes being the CEO of Orbis Education, where revenue grew significantly under leadership, and overseeing operations at SNHU Online & College of Continuing Education, managing substantial profit and loss responsibilities. Steve holds an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
