Pedro Magueija has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Pedro started their career as an IT professional at Nikskin in 2000, where they worked as a web application developer and was responsible for maintaining computer infrastructure. In 2006, they joined Contabilidade JCC, Lda. as a systems administrator and developer, where they maintained computer systems and servers and developed internal use applications using Visual Basic and Jet database engine. Pedro then worked at Itautec as an ATM technician from 2007 to 2008, where they were responsible for configuring and installing remote and standalone ATM machines, as well as networking and automation components. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a freelancer programmer at Wiselab Lda, gaining experience in freelance programming projects. In 2012, they worked at Alstom Power as an SAP Business One Consultant for a few months before joining Coresystems AG as a software engineer, where they worked until the present date.

Pedro Magueija completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto from 2009 to 2012.
