Pamela Bassant

Pamela Bassant currently serves as the Sales Manager and Brand Manager for COREtec® Floors International, overseeing various regions in the Netherlands since May 2021. Previously, Pamela worked as a Managing Consultant at Xelvin, a rapidly growing recruitment agency in the technical sector, from January 2020 to May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Manager at Uitzendbureau 4 Minutes, where responsibilities included managing the commercial process of staffing and developing a customer portfolio, and as an HR Officer at CSU Cleaning Services, focusing on personnel policy execution and administration. Between June 2015 and June 2018, Pamela also held the position of Intercedent at Uitzendbureau 4 Minutes, specializing in recruitment for warehouse and production staff. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, among other certifications and degrees in transport, logistics, and safety.
