Marin Vassilev has a diverse work experience in software engineering and management roles. Marin began their career as a Software Engineer at Adelle in 2012 and later worked as a Freelancer from 2014 to 2017. Marin then joined Virtual Affairs as a Senior Software Engineer from 2017 to 2018, where they utilized languages such as C# and JavaScript and worked with .NET and ASP frameworks. Following this, they worked at Endava and Xoomworks Ltd as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead respectively in 2018. In 2019, Marin joined CORETECH BULGARIA, where they served as an Engineering Manager until 2020 and then transitioned to the role of a Group Development Manager until 2021. As a Group Development Manager, Marin led three Backend teams, successfully releasing a sports betting product and ensuring its quality and performance. Currently, Marin is a Principal Software Development Engineer at CORETECH BULGARIA, where they are involved in shaping the technical vision, architecture, and development of components for large-scale systems with high processing demands.
Marin Vassilev holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University Sofia. Marin also obtained a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on HAC, HACR, HVAC, and HVACR.
