Polina Babina has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of recruitment. Polina is currently working as the HR and Recruitment Lead at Coreteka since October 2023 and also holds the position of IT Recruiter since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an IT Recruiter at SkyUp Studio from December 2018 to November 2019, and at Adoriasoft from April 2018 to November 2018. Polina also has experience as an IT Recruiter / Researcher at RecruitPro from February 2017 to April 2018, where they managed the full cycle of recruiting process for IT specialists. Their skills include coordinating processes, candidate prospecting, screening, interviewing, writing summaries, and providing follow-up support to candidates.

Polina Babina obtained their master's degree in the field of Computer Engineering and Technical Sciences from Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding from 2007 to 2013.
