Austin Rush

Austin Rush has a diverse work experience in the technology and healthcare sectors. Austin began their career at Michigan Medicine as a Call Center Representative, where their responsibilities included managing patient charts, processing referrals, and coordinating visits for patients. Austin then moved on to Common Sail Investment Group, where they worked as a Help Desk Technician, triaging technical issues over the phone, assisting with network connectivity, and educating users on various functions. Austin later joined Trinity Health as an IS Service Desk Level 1, providing support in resolving technical issues. Austin then transitioned to All Covered as an Onsite Support Specialist II, responsible for providing on-site support to clients in the Educational market, managing critical infrastructure, and assisting with AD planning and organization. Currently, Austin holds the position of Escalation Engineer III at Coretelligent and is also an Automation Associate.

Austin Rush obtained an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Washtenaw Community College. In addition, they obtained two certifications: CompTIA Network+ (N10-007) Cert Prep: 2 The Physical Network and CompTIA Network+ (N10-007) Cert Prep: 1 Understanding Networks from LinkedIn in 2021.
