Scott heads up field operations, leading the development of processes, procedures, and talent to ensure the best possible client experience. He coordinates Coretelligent resources to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs and develops field engineering talent to continually expand the skills.

Scott cultivates strong client relationships that are the key to identifying and addressing issues proactively. He regularly makes site visits and stays in close communication with all points of contact. Scott emphasizes a team-based approach and collaborative problem-solving that leverage the combined expertise.

He has more than a decade of experience in managed services, working in both remote and field services. His experience working as a field engineer gives Scott a keen understanding of the challenges engineers face in the field. Previously, Scott worked in the human services industry, providing opportunities to hone his crisis management skills.

Scott’s passion for technology is matched by his passion for art; he is an accomplished painter and illustrator.
