Annette Koy

Annette Koy is the current Director at Coretex Group. Annette has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources and Organizational Development. Annette has a Masters in Psychology and has lectured in Organizational Psychology. Annette has worked in various industries such as energy, mining, construction, and government. Her experience and expertise have been essential in developing and implementing programs that improve organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Annette Koy has a PhD in Organisational Psychology from The University of Queensland. Annette also has a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours Class 1) from The University of Queensland. In addition, they are certified by the Psychology Board of Australia as a Supervisor - Psychology Board Approved at AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency). Annette is also certified by Peter Berry Consultancy as a Hogan Assessment Systems facilitator. Furthermore, they have certification from Development Dimensions International as a DDI Certified Facilitator. Finally, they are certified by SHL as an SHL Personality and Ability Assessor.
