Martin Kecher (Ya'ary) has held a variety of positions in the past decade and a half. In 2005, they worked as an RF Tech for the IDF. Two years later, they took a Sales role at Bonei Hatichon. In 2011, they held a Student Position at Brainsgate, providing technical support for local and foreign clients, as well as performing extensive tests on the company's website. Also in 2011, they were an Electrical (RF) Engineer at Motorola Solutions, developing and verifying RF products, and executing manual and automatic test plans. In 2014, they became a Test Engineer at Verint. Three years later, they became an Automation Developer at INFINIDAT. In 2019, they moved to Antelliq Innovation Center, also as an Automation Developer. Currently, they are a FW Verification Engineer at CoreTigo - Industrial Wireless Solutions.

Martin Kecher (Ya'ary) has an educational background in electrical engineering and computer science. From 2008 to 2012, they studied electrical engineering at Ruppin Academic Center and obtained a B.Sc. degree. From 2001 to 2004, they studied electronics at Ort and obtained a "Bagrut" degree. Martin is currently studying computer science at Open University Israel.
