Paul Gibson CMgr MCMI is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and project leadership within high-pressure environments. Currently serving as the Expandable Delivery Manager for Coretrax, an Expro company, since June 2020, Paul has held multiple key positions including Operations Manager and EARC Service Manager. Prior to this role, Paul contributed as Operations Manager at Churchill Drilling Tools from February 2016 to June 2020. Military experience spans almost a decade in various operational and managerial roles within the Corps of Royal Engineers, culminating in senior positions where leadership, training, and project management were central to success, including deployment as a Principal Technical Engineering Advisor for AMISOM in Somalia.
