James Colthart

James Colthart is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and cost consultancy. Currently serving as Group Managing Director and Group Operations Director at Coreus Group since March 2021, James has previously held several key positions including Regional Director. Prior to Coreus Group, James worked at Mace from March 2015 to February 2021, where roles included Associate Director and Senior Cost Consultant. Earlier in the career at BuroHappold Engineering, James gained experience as a Cost Consultant and Graduate Consultant. Academic qualifications include a 1st Class Honours BSc in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading and ongoing professional development with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with a designation of MRICS.
