Oksana Pugach

Oksana Pugach has diverse work experience in the field of biostatistics. Oksana is currently working as the Associate Director of Biostatistics at CorEvitas, LLC since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked for Methodology Research Core, Institute for Health Research and Policy, UIC as a Biostatistician for over 14 years. Here, they gained extensive experience in study design, data analysis, results interpretation, protocol reviewing, and report writing. Oksana is proficient in statistical computing using SAS and R. Oksana also worked as a Lecturer at the Division of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, UIC School of Public Health from August 2012 to December 2017. Additionally, they served as a Protocol Review Committee Member at the Cancer Center, University of Illinois in 2016-2017. In May 2014, they briefly worked as a Lecturer at the Division of Health Policy and Administration, UIC School of Public Health.

Oksana Pugach has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biostatistics from the University of Illinois at Chicago, which they obtained from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree (MS) in Biostatistics from the University of Illinois Chicago from 2004 to 2006. Oksana Pugach also holds a Master's degree (MS) in Computer Science from NTUU "Kiev Polytechnic Institute" which they received from 1996 to 2001.
