Harshitha A. is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at CoreWeave, overseeing the development of infrastructure for AI workloads. As the Founder of HA Arts, a startup that merges AI and art, Harshitha focuses on making personalized art accessible while supporting fine artists. Prior roles include Head of Engineering at Stripe, Engineering Leader for Azure Identity at Microsoft, Head of Engineering for AI Infrastructure at Grab, and various engineering positions at Microsoft and Motorola. Harshitha holds an Executive Program degree in Business Administration from Stanford University, an MS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Washington, and a BE in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
