Lauralee Flores

Lauralee Flores is an accomplished Staff Product Designer currently at CoreWeave, where responsibilities include establishing the product design practice following an acquisition and collaborating with engineering and product leadership to enhance user experience for infrastructure products. Prior experience includes leading design strategy at Weights & Biases, where Lauralee advanced design practices for a leading MLOps platform, and serving in various design roles at KickoffLabs and Pure Chat, focusing on end-to-end product design and user-centered approaches. Lauralee has also provided UX consulting services and led user research initiatives at the University of Idaho, where significant contributions included building user research teams and integrating data-driven design strategies. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology with an emphasis in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
