Rodney Ballard

Rodney Ballard currently serves as the Regional Data Center Manager for the Midwest at CoreWeave since October 2023, after previously holding the position of Lead Data Center Technician. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Data Center Technician at Oracle from September 2022 to October 2023, and Datacenter Operations at Apple from April 2017 to September 2022. Rodney worked as an IT Data Center Systems Specialist II with PINPOINT Resource Group from May 2016 to April 2017 and as a Data Center Technician through Insight Global, contracting with Apple Inc. from August 2015 to May 2016. Earlier experience includes a position as a wire technician at AT&T from June 2013 to February 2015. Rodney's educational background includes an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Electrical/Electronics Equipment Installation and Repair from Lincoln Tech, along with studies at My Computer Career, and a high school diploma from Merrillville High School.
