Tim Rowlett CHFM has extensive experience in facilities management and safety, currently serving as Site Director of Facilities Management and Hospital Safety Officer at Beaumont Health since September 2015. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Director of Engineering and Operations at Jones Lang LaSalle @ Beaumont Health Systems starting in November 2012, where leadership in account-wide initiatives and implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) were key responsibilities. Tim’s career at Jones Lang Lasalle @ Beaumont Hospital began in October 1984 as Building Superintendent, following a tenure as Building Systems Supervisor at Beaumont Services Company from January 2000 to February 2007. Educational background includes a degree in Climate Control from Oakland Community College and ongoing studies at Owensboro Community and Technical College since 2014.
