Josh has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the HR Certification Institute and as a SHRM-SCP through the Society of Human Resources Management.
