Simon Martinez

Simon Martinez is a distinguished architect and urban planner with significant experience in leadership roles within the architecture and construction sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Corgan since November 2025, Simon previously held the position of Atlanta Market Leader at EUA from July 2023 to November 2025 and Associate Principal at tvsdesign from June 2018 to July 2023. Earlier career experience includes serving as Vice President of Design & Construction and VDC Director at Hedrick Brothers Construction from 2013 to 2017.
