Luis Santos is a dedicated operations manager currently overseeing Kai's Songbird and the Corinthia Yacht Club in Qatar, while also preparing for the pre-opening of Marina Café. Previously, they served as operations manager at Restaurantes 100 Maneiras, where their leadership contributed to the establishment earning a Michelin star and accolades for culinary excellence. With a background in luxury hospitality, they have held various significant roles, including front desk butler at Mandarin Oriental and restaurant supervisor at Rosewood London. Luis is committed to elevating guest experiences and fostering team success in every aspect of the hospitality industry. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Les Roches Marbella International School of Hotel Management and training in Culinary Arts at Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Porto.
