Ella Ruiz

Ella Ruiz is an experienced escrow officer with a comprehensive background in managing escrow transactions across multiple companies since 1986. Currently serving as an escrow officer at Corinthian Title Company since January 2019, Ella is tasked with the daily processing of loans and sale escrow transactions, ensuring timely documentation and coordination with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles at Stewart Title, Eaton Escrow, and other established title companies, where Ella honed expertise in the escrow process. Ella holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the East, Manila, Philippines, and an Escrow Certification from Mesa College Continuing Education.
