Richard Y. Wingard

Mr. Wingard has 25 years of experience in medical imaging and healthcare technologies. Mr. Wingard has held senior executive positions at Access Radiology Corporation, an early provider of tele-radiology platform services, Tel-Care Inc., Multimedia Medical Systems and Vidimedix Corporation. As the senior executive for Sprint’s Healthcare efforts, Mr. Wingard designed and developed Sprint’s healthcare technology capability, HANDS™, which set the standard for telemedicine and tele-radiology. Prior to joining Sprint, Mr. Wingard directed AT&T’s Healthcare Industry’s Sales and Marketing efforts.

Since 1999, Mr. Wingard has been the CEO of EuclidIQ. With over 52 patents granted and pending, EuclidIQ’s technology is focused on major innovation and product development in the video processing and compression industry. Recently, major advances have been made in the mobile video sector. With over 5 billion mobile devices world-wide, early EuclidIQ customers are able to stream high definition video to mobile devices in bandwidth starved areas of the world. EuclidIQ is also working with early customers in the $135 billion mobile Ad industry, helping them improve Ad impressions and completions of consumers watching high definition Ads on mobile devices around the world.

Mr. Wingard graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BA degree in Psychology.
