Robert Elton

Robert (Bob) Elton served as President and Chief Executive Officer of BC Hydro, a public‐owned energy company in the province of British Columbia, Canada, from November 2003 to December 2009. Before joining BC Hydro, Bob was the Chief Financial Officer of Eldorado Gold Corporation from 1996 to 2001.

Bob is actively involved in the community and sits on several boards including: Chair of the Advisory Board, Lunapads; Chair of the Sustainability Advisory Board, Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants; Chair, of Minerva Foundation for BC Women; Chair of the Immigrant Employment Council of BC; and Member, Global Agenda Council on the New Energy Architecture, World Economic Forum.

He has been a member of the Corix Board of Directors since September 2013 and Chair of the Audit Committee since July 2014.
