Evgeny Likhoded

Evgeny Likhoded is currently working as the President at Corlytics since 2023. Before their current position, they founded Clausematch in 2012 and served as the CEO. At Clausematch, they developed an AI-based compliance platform to improve the regulatory change management process for financial institutions. Prior to that, Evgeny worked at Morgan Stanley from 2009 to 2013, first as an Associate and later as a Vice President. During their time there, they negotiated master trading and margining agreements and collaborated with various internal departments globally. From 2005 to 2009, Evgeny worked for an Energy Utility company in a Legal & Compliance role. Evgeny was responsible for negotiating commodities trading agreements and providing legal support for retail operations. Additionally, they had a secondment to the energy litigation team at Herbert Smith Freehills from 2008 to 2009.

Evgeny Likhoded's education history consists of various academic achievements and experiences. In 1995, they attended St-Petersburg Grammar School 171 in Russia, where they participated in a bi-lingual class with subjects taught in both Russian and French. This program provided an equivalent education to A levels.

In 2000, Evgeny enrolled in Chichester Sixth Form, where they pursued A levels in subjects such as Math, French, Business Studies, and IT. After successfully completing this program in 2001, they moved on to the University of Exeter. At the university, Evgeny earned a LLB (European) degree in Law from 2001 to 2005.

Additionally, in 2004, they attended Université de Rennes I for a Master I degree in European Law, further enhancing their knowledge and expertise in this legal field.
