Karin Frank is a health data expert and scrum master currently working at Cormac. Karin has over 20 years of experience working in the healthcare industry in a variety of roles. Karin started their career as a staff nurse at Carroll Hospital Center in 1996. In 2000, they began working as an agency nurse for Critical Care Nurse, Inc. and continued working with them until 2003 when they became a nurse informatics consultant for User Focused Solutions, LLC.

From 2003 to 2008, Karin worked as the IV&V Project Lead for the NIH Clinical Research Informatics System (CRIS) at Lockheed Martin. In 2008, they began working as the IV&V Project Manager for the NIH Biomedical Translation Research Information System (BTRIS) at Engility. Karin Frank has a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science from Salisbury State University. Karin is currently working as a nursing informatics specialist.
