Kate Dixon

Kate Dixon is an experienced project manager with a robust background in transportation and infrastructure development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at CORMAC since August 2021, Kate coordinates capital construction projects for the Cornwall Council Term Service Contract. Previous roles include Project Manager at Provelio, where expertise in NEC3/4 contracts was demonstrated on significant highway schemes for WSCC, and Change Manager at the Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust, focusing on quality and efficiency improvements. Additionally, Kate led parking policy development for Cornwall Council, managed Civil Parking Enforcement transfer for Cornwall County Council, and served in various planning roles earlier in a career that began in 1990 with the Greater Manchester Transportation Unit. Kate holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from the University of Leicester.
