John Grainger is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in equity capital markets and private placements. Currently serving as an Associate in Equity Capital Markets at Cormark Securities since July 2020, John previously held the position of Analyst in Private Placements at Echelon Wealth Partners from July 2018 to July 2020. Prior to that, John worked at Fidelity Clearing Canada as an Operations Representative from 2013 to June 2018 and held various roles at TD, including Team Lead for Contracts & Options Clearing, where management of a team and risk mitigation were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Contracts Specialist at TD Waterhouse from 2005 to 2009, focusing on trading reconciliation and regulatory compliance. John holds educational qualifications from the University of Windsor and George Brown College.
