Jason Butch

Jason Butch is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership positions within the finance and accounting sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Cormedix Inc. since April 2024, Jason previously held the role of Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Principal Financial Officer at Agile Therapeutics, where key contributions included participation in earnings calls and strategic negotiations. Prior experience also includes serving as Corporate Controller at Teligent, Inc., with responsibilities for SEC reporting and internal controls, and at MISTRAS Group, Inc., overseeing M&A activities and finance operations. Beginning a career at BDO USA, LLP, Jason progressed from audit staff to Senior Manager, managing risk and recruitment processes. Jason holds both a BBA and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from St. Bonaventure University.
