Katherine Goodman

Katherine Goodman is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Retention Marketing & Customer Experience at Cornbread Hemp® since November 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing retention marketing efforts and e-commerce planning. Prior to this role, Katherine worked at Everytable as a Sr. Lifecycle/Website/Social Media Content Manager, managing customer retention strategies and e-commerce website operations. Previous experience also includes serving as a Sr. Retention Marketing Manager at delivery.com, where management of email, SMS, and push content strategies was key, as well as an Email Marketing Manager position at Zesty Paws focused on email and SMS marketing. Additionally, Katherine has provided lifecycle and retention consulting on a freelance basis since 2016. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University and an Associate of Arts from Rowan-Cabarrus Community College.
