Kamini Sanghani

Kamini Sanghani is the Business Development Director at Corndel. Kamini has over 15 years of experience in the field of employment and enterprise services.

Kamini started their career as an Outreach Advisor at WorkDirections in November 2002. In May 2008, they became a Partnership Manager at Serco Welfare to Work. Kamini was responsible for Business Development and helped the company win several contracts with the UK government.

In July 2010, Kamini moved to Serco and became their Partnership Manager for Offender Management. Kamini helped the company secure a number of government contracts and improved their public image.

In September 2011, they left Serco and joined London Borough of Brent as their Employment and Enterprise Services Manager. During their time there, they successfully helped unemployed residents find work and start businesses.

In February 2015, Kamini left Brent and joined Seetec as their Partnership Director. Kamini helped the company win several large contracts with the government.

Kamini is currently the Business Development Director at Corndel. In this role, they are responsible for developing new business opportunities and helping the company win new contracts.
