Kelly Getty, SHRM-CP, has over four years of experience in the Human Resources field. Kelly began their career in 2018 as a Retail Leader Intern at Ross Stores, Inc., where they learned the day-to-day business operations of a multi-million-dollar store. Kelly then moved up to Area Supervisor of Operations and Assistant Store Manager, where they managed 30 and 40 associates respectively. In 2020, they became a Human Resources Representative at Bonduelle Fresh Americas, where they coordinated the recruiting process for hourly recruiting, assisted in employee relations, and managed the hiring of temporary associates to full-time process. In 2021, they were a Human Resources Generalist at Performance Food Group, and they are currently a Human Resources Generalist at Cornelis Networks.

Kelly Getty, SHRM-CP has a diverse educational background. Kelly obtained their High School Diploma from Washington Township Highschool. Kelly then went on to earn an Associate's Degree in Business Administration from Rowan College at Gloucester County. Currently, they are pursuing their Business Management degree from Fox School of Business at Temple University. Additionally, they are a SHRM-Certified Professional.
