Kristen Lyle

Kristen Lyle, MBA, PMP, SA, KMP, SDP, serves as a Parent Educator at Cornell Cooperative Extension Tompkins County and as a Direct Support Professional at Unity House, with a focus on community education and support for individuals with disabilities. In addition to these roles, Kristen provides IT support at Willow Glen Christian School and has held various senior management positions at Aetna since 2004, including Release Train Engineer and Senior Project Manager, overseeing significant budgets across multiple programs.
