Anya Y.

Anya Y. is a dedicated Computer Science undergraduate at Cornell University with a strong background in software development and research. Currently, Anya Y. serves as a Software Engineer Intern on the Partner Platform Team at Rippling and as an Undergraduate Researcher under Dr. Donald P, focusing on foveal rendering algorithms for multi-resolution displays in AR/VR experiences. Previous experience includes developing iOS applications for Cornell Data Science, such as PocketML and MacrosAI, as well as creating the Floc Size & Count App for AguaClara Cornell to assist with water treatment processes. Anya Y. has also participated in a Fintech Challenge at Millennium, implemented trading strategies, and interned at AI Camp to enhance generative AI tools. Research experience includes positions at Gonzaga University and Boston University, working on machine translation and image-sentence matching projects, respectively.
