The Society for Women in Business (SWIB) is the largest undergraduate business organization at Cornell, connecting over 2000 women of all majors with each other and with professional leaders in the business world. We aim to empower future female business leaders through education and experience. Through research projects, panels, speaker events, skill-building workshops, and networking events, our goal is to provide our members with the tools to help them advance both personally and professionally.
