Jason Koprowski

Jason Koprowski has extensive work experience in finance and project management roles. Jason is currently the Director of Program & Project Control at Cornell Technical Services, where they manage the business and financial aspects of a $112 million NASA contract. Previously, Jason worked as a Senior Finance Manager at Jefferson Lab, overseeing all finance and accounting aspects of a $161 million DOE Particle Accelerator. Jason also served as a Senior Finance Manager at Analytical Mechanics Associates, managing a $351 million NASA contract. In addition to their finance roles, Jason has experience as a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Leadership Coach and as the Founder of The Progress Formula, a web-based coaching methodology. Earlier in their career, they held financial analysis and trading positions at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Wachovia Securities, and WilyTrader.com. Jason has a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, controlling, and process improvements.

Jason Koprowski has an extensive education history. Jason started their academic journey in 1999 at Old Dominion University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance. Jason successfully completed this program in 2003. Following that, in 2003-2004, they attended Old Dominion University again, this time studying Psychology to earn a Bachelor of Science degree.

Continuing their educational pursuits, Koprowski enrolled at the William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business in 2008. Jason pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and completed the program in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Koprowski obtained two certifications to further enhance their skills and expertise. In 2013, they became a Tiny Habits Certified Coach after completing the program at the Tiny Habits Academy. Furthermore, in 2015, they earned the certification of a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Leadership Coach from the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching institution.
