Tom McDonough Ms

Tom McDonough, MS, PMP, currently serves as NASA Mission Evaluation Manager at Cornell Technical Services, LLC, overseeing program and project management for NASA’s Science Office for Mission Assessments. Prior to this role, McDonough held the position of Program Manager at Alion Science and Technology, managing a specialized team in global intelligence for national security, and provided program management support at Research, Environmental & Management Support, Inc. McDonough's extensive experience includes notable leadership roles in the US Navy, where responsibilities ranged from Executive Director overseeing operational support for counterterrorism and military missions to Squadron Commanding Officer for a $400 million aviation squadron. McDonough holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications Systems Management from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, a National Security Senior Manager’s Course certificate from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Norwich University.
