Juliana Garcia

Juliana Garcia is a knowledgeable educator and counselor with a diverse background in social work and psychology. Currently serving as a Lecturer at Binghamton University’s College of Community and Public Affairs’ School of Social Work since December 2024, Garcia also works as a Counselor and Latinx Community Liaison at Cornell University. Previous positions include Lecturer in Psychology at Wells College and Clinical Counselor at Tompkins Cortland Community College. Garcia’s experience spans roles such as Family and Community Educator at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Tompkins County and Runaway and Homeless Youth Worker at Family and Children's Service of Ithaca. With a Master of Social Work from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, Garcia brings a strong academic foundation to professional endeavors.
