Michelle Vaeth

Michelle Vaeth currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Alumni Affairs at Cornell University, overseeing key functions in Alumni Engagement, Communications, Marketing, Participation, and Events Management since June 2018. Vaeth has also held leadership roles in the Association of Junior Leagues International, first as Director on the Board from June 2017 to May 2020, and later as Vice President from June 2022 to July 2024. Prior to their time at Cornell, Vaeth was the Vice President of Public Relations & Corporate Communications at Aspen Dental Management, where responsibilities included managing communications across several affiliated brands. Vaeth's extensive experience at Procter & Gamble spanned nearly two decades, where significant contributions included leading strategic communications for health care and global oral care initiatives and initiating impactful campaigns like Protecting Futures, aimed at supporting girls' education and hygiene in developing regions. Michelle Vaeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences, specializing in Neurobiology and Animal Behavior, from Cornell University.
