Nicole McQuiddy-Davis

Nicole McQuiddy is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Director of the Center for Hospitality Research at Cornell University since October 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing the publication of research and education initiatives in the hospitality sector. Previous roles at Cornell include Interim Director, Program Manager, Assistant Program Manager, and Team Lead. Prior to tenure at Cornell, Nicole worked at HireRight as a Public Records Investigative Specialist III and held roles as a Criminal Records Researcher and Public Records Researcher II. Earlier experience includes serving as a restaurant server and room service attendant at Marriott International. Nicole is pursuing dual Executive MBA degrees from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Smith School of Business at Queen's University, set to graduate in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Law and Society from UC Irvine.
