Nora Heaphy

Nora Heaphy, MPA, MA, currently serves as the Associate Director of University Foundation Relations and Corporate Philanthropy at Cornell University since March 2024. Previously, Nora held the position of Project Director at Binghamton University from August 2023 to December 2023 and served as the Director of Foundation Relations at Syracuse University from July 2019 to August 2023. Nora's extensive experience includes roles such as Director of Development and Donor Relations, Major Gifts Officer at the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, and Director of Development at InterFaith Works of CNY. Earlier professional roles include Deputy Director and Program Director at The City College of New York, Director of U.S. Operations at the Nepal Youth Foundation, and Executive Director at Refugee & Immigrant Transitions. Nora holds a Master of Public Administration from New York University, a Master of Arts in English from San Francisco State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Syracuse University.
