Pamela Szalay

Pamela Szalay is an experienced educator and facilitator with a diverse background in creativity, leadership development, and mental health education. Currently serving as an eCornell Course Facilitator since March 2023, Pamela has led various online certificate programs focused on creativity and innovation. As a Consultant and Coach at Imagine & since 2008, Pamela specializes in fostering creativity in individuals and teams through workshops and training. Previous roles include Program Facilitator at Magnesium Ideas, where Pamela facilitated a professional development program, and Facilitator for Leader Exchange with Buffalo Niagara Partnership, supporting young professionals' leadership growth. Additionally, as Founder and Program Director of Imagine & Play Music, Pamela created an innovative music studio aimed at encouraging discovery learning. Education credentials include a Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership from Buffalo State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Music Theory from the University at Buffalo.
